Biography

Karen Waltham FCIPD has a wealth of experience as a People Professional, working with top FTSE companies, specialising in Change, People Development and Diversity.  Karen has first hand business experience of young people entering the world of work, as well as student development in schools.  She is a recognised name in the world of Diversity, and has a string of notable awards to her name.  Karen is regularly quoted in the press, and is passionate about the uniqueness of everyone.

 

Andy Carley set up his management training consultancy, Response Development Training, in 1995. Since then he has designed and delivered many hundreds of team and leadership development events within both the public and private sectors including working with students and staff in schools and universities. Prior to this he spent 10 years working in outdoor education and sports coaching in the United States, Australia and the UK. The early part of his career in the personal development of young people has provided his passion for how they should develop to their full potential.
